These Terms of Service govern your use of the appointment reminder service provided by joinclinicflow, trading as ClinicFlow. Full terms available at www.joinclinicflow.org/terms.

1. The Service

joinclinicflow provides a human-driven appointment reminder service for healthcare practitioners in the United Kingdom. A real person manages your schedule and oversees delivery of all reminders. The Service includes:

• Automated SMS reminders sent to your patients before appointments
• Automated email reminders sent to your patients before appointments
• Human management of your weekly patient schedule
• Monthly performance reports
• Human support available 7 days a week via email

2. Eligibility

The Service is available to registered healthcare practitioners operating in the United Kingdom.

3. Free Trial

New subscribers receive a 14-day free trial. After 14 days, your subscription renews automatically at the applicable monthly rate unless cancelled before the trial ends.

4. Subscription and Billing

Subscriptions are billed monthly in GBP. Available plans:

• Solo Plan — £49/month
• Practice Plan — £89/month
• Clinic Plan — £149/month

Payments are processed securely through Paddle. Cancel anytime by emailing joinclinicflow@gmail.com.

5. Refund Policy

All purchases are eligible for a full refund within 30 days of the original purchase date, no questions asked. Contact joinclinicflow@gmail.com to request a refund.

6. Patient Data and GDPR

• joinclinicflow acts as Data Processor on your behalf
• Patient data used solely to send reminders — never sold or shared
• UK GDPR and Data Protection Act 2018 compliant
• All data deleted within 14 days of cancellation

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to send unsolicited messages, violate any law, or infringe third-party rights.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, joinclinicflow's total liability shall not exceed the amount paid in the 30 days preceding the claim.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time and will notify you of significant changes via email.
